We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Email support@zenzipets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (such as opened food items) and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
